My name is Christopher Braca. My wife Leila and I recently purchased the first house in the neighborhood, (#100). We are very excited about being in this neighborhood, and look forward to many happy years here.
As you know, this property was not very well taken care of, by the previous owner(s). I assure you that my wife and I are committed to correcting that. We want our house to be inviting to visitors of Nonantum Mills, instead of an eyesore.
