A neighbor on Fugate brought up again today about closing Fugate @ Independence. I think its a great idea but almost seems like a full time job for someone to take on in the neighborhood. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I think its a great idea! maybe we could get a committee together to do it?? maybe just 2-3 people to take it on? I don't live on Fugate but I would still like it closed just for the future of this neighborhood.
