1. The Bellsouth circuit box problem in the 7000 block of Monroe road, between Mclaughlin drive and Burtonwood Circle has been addressed. I met the Bellsouth Tech there today; He closed the box and tie wrrapped the handles. I requested that they replace the box; The Bellsouth Manager, Jeremy Ingram said that he would call me back and let me know what they were going to do about the problem. 2.I have contacted Kimannette Smith at the C.A.T.S. facility, she will inform me about the procedure to have a bus stop moved. Miss Smith's number is 704-432-0498. I will post my findings as soon as she informs me.

3.I contacted Markin Industries concerning the large garbage disposal unit located at 924 Burtonwood circle. I called twice and only recieved voicemail; they never called me back. Please feel free to call them and leave as many messages as possible; their number is 704-536-1122.

4.I contacted All Points waste disposal concerning the large garbage disposal unit located at 1000 Pineborough road.
They said that Roy Whiteflours is currently leasing that unit and they could not remove this unit without his approval. All point said that they would continue to contact him concerning this matter. All Points waste disposal phone number is 704-821-5424. I believe that we will eventually have to contact Action 9 News.
