The city of Charlotte is divided into Statistical Areas. Woodberry Forest is exactly in the middle of the statistical area named 'East Forest'.
Many of you recently received a letter from the city with the subject line: East Forest Neighborhood Improvement Project. City Project No. 512-07-027.
At this time I am uncertain what the details of this project are, and how or if they will affect us. I do want to make clear to everyone that when the city refers to the East Forest Neighborhood they are speaking of the statistical area in which Woodberry Forest is centered.
The project manager for this particular project is Kristie Kennedy who can be reached at 704.336.6194.
