Hello again

I just got the website up and running, In the past, I had asked for volunteers in all of the meetings that have been held by the HOA, and I could not get any participation. I work fulltime and travel frequently, so it was very difficult for us to get the newsletter and the website up and running with just 3 people.

I think that only people can put a stop to rumors and miscommunication, I have made every effort to let all homeowners know that we have this avenue for communication.

I hope that people understand that this website requires still alot of time to keep current, but we do keep it current.

I also hope that people understand that we are not paid for this job, nor can anyone understand the heartache that we all often experience when we have people in the community lashing out at us and making false accusations about things that they are told by others, and they do not know it to be a fact.

In closing, I would like to say again that the actions of few, will cost us all as a community.

I hope to meet you soon.

Communication

Hello Ann,

I want to say they we often walk aroung the communtity knocking on doors and passing out information. Since you travel, it possible that you were not home.

The area that is accross the street from you is not considered common property. I know that it is not attractive, but we are as a board addressing the issue properly, please bare with us while we work to have the situation corrected.

Believe it or not, Key Community has some of the most reasonable fees out there. We have spoken with other companies that would be at least 25 to 30 percent higher to basically have the same contract that our current company has.

If we start talking about changing management companies, we are talking about raising the annual dues. As stated in some of my earlier postings, that would probably mean a much higher rate of non payment of dues.

I hope that I have helped to clarify some of your issues, please feel free to contact me anytime should you want to discuss any of these issues further.

Even Sadder

It is even sadder that you would post anything pertaining to that meeting and you did not attend. I guess that you believe everything that anyone tells you. I had many questions myself, and called the management company to clarify what was going on.

I got the answer, and it was just as I suspected, a few want to criticize the people that are trying to do something for the community.

I hope that you have learned a valuable lesson from just listening to a few people and not looking at the whole picture.
