I believe the work on the property is to begin vary soon and wondered if any one cares about the color of the complex? I think the current collor "PINK" the property is really not prety in pink" and wondered if any one else thought the same. Guys you know you can speek up too. I understand to get the entire place, "all four sides all all buildings pained with in the amount of money alloted by the insurance claim we need to stay the same or close but sure would be nice to pick at least a shade darker. Any one have any thoughts on this? Would also be nice to see more faces at the board meatings. If your invested here why would you not care what goes on with your home? It is your investment after all. Let's all work together to make this the best it can be and protect our investments.

the color doesn't bother me....they could paint this place bright purple for all i care. i do however, want them to stop banging on my walls with a sledge hammer at 730am. HIGHLY AGGRAVATING. they put up scaffolding right in front of my 2yr old's bedroom and are hitting the walls so hard pictures are shaking. why 730 in the morning??? and why my house first?!?! i live in the MIDDLE of the complex! why not start on the empty ones that early and move on to the ones filled with sleeping children at a more appropriate time...??? any one have any suggestions as to how to fix this? cuz yelling at them, repeatedly, and calling their boss doesn't seem to do the trick. |

I have to ask in reference to your reply, are you a renter or home owner in the complex? I ask only because I can't immagine any one not caring what thier home looks like. I do how ever understand your conserne with the early AM noise with a small child asleep and how pressious that sleep is. Please keep in mind that the sound is vary temparary but the after affect of the "your " property is long lasting. A week or so of lost sleep is nothing compaired to the end value of your property. Again I ask, are you a renter with no long term interst in the property or an owner?
