i'm not sure if i am the only one who has noticed, but the company the HOA has placed in charge of keeping our town house complex looking nice has...well....failed. i know most of us use our back gates to go in & out since it's the quickest way to get to our cars so we don't pay much attention to our front yards. but we pay the HOA to keep the property looking NICE. the grass in all the front yards is dead, yellow and patchy. i often see trash and leaves every where. the "landscapers" come on tuesdays & thursdays and they usually stay ALL day.....and for what? it seems like hardly anything gets done. on SEVERAL occasions i have caught them sleeping (for hours on end) in the grass. i'm going to go out on a limb and say that's NOT what they're being paid for.
since i am a renter i'm not sure how much of a say i get in anything that happens here....but, just like all the home owners, i pay the HOA fees too.
how do we go about getting these issues resolved?
