Northridge Civic Association

I've only called County complaints once. They dealt with the issue the following day. Overall I've been please with the upkeep and improvements residents have made to their homes. Another topic for the newsletter would be some information about the crime stats in Northridge and the surrounding developments. I've been told we have resident burglars that live in Northridge and Harvey Run. 

Interesting about the resident burglars. I've already reported 2 instances of suspicious activity this past month around the neighborhood. Still no response from anyone about the association information I Asher for over a month ago, now going on a year. Sad. Just sad. I would still like to know where all of the community dues went and how much is in the coffers for use. I'd also like to know about getting streets cleared of yard debris and getting roads fixed in a few spots. Some firm of acknowledgement would be nice!

I live where there is a dead end street against the park.  My dog walker (who does not live in Northridge) noticed used condoms, needles, etc. at the end of the road by the park (as have I).  He had the state police come into our neighborhood for about a week in unmarked cars and, of course, they didn't spot a thing.  However, whenever a strange car parks there, I call 911.  Regarding where the Civic Association fees go, about once a year there is an accounting in our newsletter.

Please report ALL suspicious activity.  Maybe the police will get the idea that the neighbors are sticking together and won't put up with this kind of "crap" in our neighborhood.  I've lived here for more than 20 years and have never had any problems until these last 2 - 3 years.

I have tried to contact Dave Bart and have left messages on his phone but have not gotten any response from him.
