Northwood Hills POA

First, a vote needs to be sent out to all of section C to see if they want to be a part of the Northwood Hills Property Owners Association.  I believe that Mr. Norris stated 100% of the vote was needed by Section C for them to be included.  Second, after Section C becomes a part of the NWHPOA, a re-vote needs to be made, with all the sections.  I am not sure why the board did not tell us this during the first vote (I could not make it to the meeting and this issue was not on my proxy ballot).  Third, all of letters that were sent out stating that Liens will be placed on your property if you do not pay your dues, need to be retracted until these issues are taken care of.  Then, after all that, make the dues voluntary.   No need to use words like "Legal Team" or type in ALL CAPITOL LETTERS.  Sometimes, when I drive by a church, I wonder, how did they get the money to build that?  Voluntary donations?  And just think, we don't even have to build a big building.
