Does anyone know what the status of 1130 Norton is? It's no longer listed for sale, and Zillow says it recently sold, but I can't find any data to back that up. I looked on the Ramsey County PRR site and didn't find any new info.
Is it ok to mow the front lawn at that address, since it's been vacant so long? It would be faster than filing a complaint with the city (which is something I really don't like to do to a neighbor anyway). St. Paul probably is backlogged too with there being so many foreclosed houses. But I don't want to get in trouble for trespassing either...
