  • Respect-O-Meter: Valued Neighbor

I am very confused on how the association can not waste any time sending a warning letter about my waste cans being in front of the house for too long (waiting on a late pick up from the new city collection), and not do anything about unsightly yards, ridiculously trashed fences, and other eye soars leading to the rapidly increasing slum appearance of our neighborhood. Fences that boarder the the small retention pond are in desperate need of demolition or restoration. The yards of homes not being occupied (and a few that are occupied) have grown out of control. Some have weeds that reach waste high while others have grass that I take the time to cut back before it completely overtakes the sidewalk... Before chastising good neighbors for menial infractions, let's take care of the core issues degrading this good sub-division. Something needs to be done!

Wow I missed this and this is well put. good job. There priorities are way screwed up.  Take a Look at some of the home roof tops.  Missing shinlges?  Looks like  a checkerboard?  Oh thats ok it does not take away from the value of a home or surrounding homes?  Come on clue in ppl. would you purchase ur home if it looked like some of the ones in here? No you would not buy a home like that you would go after the ones that did not look like that or in need of repair.... Oh who do you have to suck up too to win yard of the month?  Or do you have to be in a specific click?  lert me know, thanks
