Oak Crest HOA

I would just like anyone interested to know my opinion about this HOA and its policies.  I understand an approval process for improvements in order to maintain the general conform of the neighborhood, but This HOA is unnecessarily extreme.  I think 30 days to approve somebody to make an improvement to their home is unacceptable.  If we have people who are so busy that they need 30 days make a decision, then in my opinion we need new people.  If this is how things are going to be around here, you can count my improvements out, and count in, me moving somewhere else and RENTING this house out; then we wont have all the trouble of approving my improvements.  Maybe I should have just left this house how I found it, abandoned; now I know why they left.         Happy Holidays...
