Joint Owners and Et als

If you and another person hold joint ownership to a condo, you must designate a single person as the voter of that unit's interest. Contact your Board of Directors (BOD) for the forms and explanation. Without registering this document with the BOD, your vote, may not count!

That's Not Fair

If you feel you have been unjustly treated and/or fined by the Board of Directors you can make a complaint with the Florida State Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Division of Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes.
