Call the Action Center - the City's 'one-stop shop' for information and service.

Call one number - 297-2535 - for help with any City service... or to find out almost anything you need to know about your City government.

If you're reporting a code violation, you don't need to know which City department does what - just tell us the street address, and we'll take it from there. In fact, we can even help with non-City concerns by referring you to the appropriate agency or County, State or Federal office.

During the work week, Action Center representatives talk to you personally - no voice mail or phone menus. After hours you can leave a recorded message or send an email with a description of the problem and the address.

However you contact us, we get your request to the proper City department right away. Our computer system helps us track requests and follow up on them until they're resolved.

All problems reported to the Action Center are confidential. The City is the complaining party - not you or your neighborhood. You don't have to give us a name or phone number. We request this information so we can contact you with a follow-up, but you're not required to give it to us
