Can I ask a question? I would like to know why there were newsletters on mailboxes on Gaines St. When I was a block captain we were not to mess with mailboxes. We could only put the newsletters on the screen door handles. Has the rules changed?

Newsletters
Hey Misty. As far as I know the rules haven't changed, and newsletters are not to go on/in mailboxes. Now with that said, there is a few houses on my route, where the folks are gone alot, have dogs inside,etc...and so I have asked them if they would prefer me to put it in their mailbox. If it is ok,with the home owner, then I will, but not unless I hear from them personally. That's my take. By Rodney |

newletters( more added)
Also some folks like to have it in their mailboxes, for security purposes, but again,on my route I ask the home owner. If someone is putting them on/in the mailboxes without the owners premission, then well, that needs to be addressed by Michelle. By Rodney |
