While not all of us are into having nice yards and trying to keep our properties up to standards that appear to be maintained. We ask all of you to be considerate of your neighbors. Although you may not care to spend your time preening your properties, your next door neighbor may be just the opposite and want their residence to look like someone who lives there cares about the neighborhood and it's image. Please do your part to clean up your yard this fall by collecting your downed leaves and branches and leaving them bagged at the curb for city disposal. Look ahead, while you may not be selling your place this year, you will eventually be moving on. Do you want your property values decreased by that neighbor who just doesn't care?

More Cleaning
How about cleaning up more than the leaves in the yard? I'm sick of picking up the trash in my yard coming from the kids hanging around 5959 OF Lane and seeing the junked SUV with the flat tires in the driveway. Now that the leaves are off the tress I'm tired of looking at a back yard full of junk and the trash camp in the woods. That isn't your property and if your kid starts another fire back there it could burn our houses down. Have some respect for your neighbors and clean it up people.

Your concerns
Your concerns have been forwarded to the residence you indicated in your post along with the board of directors for your neighborhood association and our management company. As I have stated many times before, if we are to insist that our covenants are adhered to by all, then they need to be adhered to by all including all on the board of directors in every way we would pursue infractions comitted by all within our community.
