I-Man I apologize for not responding quicker to your posting...  Please review Article 16, page 11 of the covenants (link to pdf is on the home page).  The statement regarding parking on the street is referring to those who are using this area for storage purposes.  The Article references the parking of everything from cars and trucks to trailers and motor homes.  It specifically addresses using this area for storage of vehicles and larger recreational type vehicles.  This can become a safety issue, especially when they are parked in a way to obscure vision of those driving.  Thank you for bringing this subject up for clarification.  We want our neighborhood to remain as safe as possible for all our residents.
