ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL PROCEDURES

All Improvements Need Approval!

The Declaration requires that all improvements to the exterior of your property be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee. This includes a number of items such as storage sheds, swimming pools, major landscaping additions, a change of paint color and other changes to the originally approved plans. Forms showing what to submit and where are available from the Association at 524-4000 or OHOA@reocpartners.com. for use PRIOR to ordering materials or signing contracts with installlers. This process is extremely important and members installing improvements without AC approval could be required to remove them. Please review your Declaration for exact wording of Architectural Committee procedures.
