I am taking a more active approach in my community affairs and would like to know if there are any other residents who use this forum to share information?
I am concern with the current half million dollars in reserve and current funds. I am concern that an increase in our taxes occurred resulting in another concern that an estimate of$405,000 will be deposit in the community account resulting in close to a million dollars. I am concern that we do not have an accountant or some other financial person perhaps the tresurer chair taking the responsibility for our money and not the office manager. I am concerned that every effort to communicate to the residents is not being made. I believe that if the resident knew the truth about our half million dollars people would have voted for a decrease in tax and not an increase.
