Looking At Your ''Facts''

Ms. White, Powell, Ohio is located in Delaware County the last time that I looked at a map. Parts of Dublin are located in three different counties; Franklin, Delaware and Union. You only gave addresses in your first posting and now you provide the cities and zip codes. Just give everyone all of the facts, not what you selectively want to give out as you seem want to do.

Yes, I live in the 43204 zip code within the jurisdiction of the Village of Valleyview but my mailing address says Columbus. Could be confusing to some.

So, are you going to check your facts before you make your claims?

As to Mr. Watkins creditials, Mr. Watkins stated in the information that he gave to the Westside Messenger that he ATTENDED West High School. The Westside Messenger changed that to graduated from West High School. Mr. Watkins provided the truth and you want to blame him for something the Westside Messenger did, not what he told them.

Residents need to attend meetings to be informed about what is going on. If they have a grievance against what the Council is doing there are ways for the residents to take action and stop what they believe is wrong. That would be similar to the petition that I started to stop the payment of Sue Huber's personal debt that the Council wanted to spend Village money to pay. Residents have ways to change things.

When was Ann Marks against residents? She appeared on TV during the turmoil with the Police Chief stating that the Council was ruining the Village. She apparently wanted to do something about it and ran for Council and was elected.

That is your personal biased opinion about a member or members of the Council that you hold of them being thieves and/or drug users. You have no proof and no charges have been filed nor anyone convicted of the claims you are making. You present heresay for your facts. You present opinions as fact. You misinterpret ''facts'' and come to conclusions that only you come too.

I do practice what I preach. I believe that each individual is responsible for themselves. I believe that government should be watched closely and that when a person feels that there are grievences against the government they should take action to address those grievences. I believe that everyone should practice some public service and give of their time volunteering to help others. I have and continue to practice what I preach.

Parrish is Dumb as a Log !

Parrish passes himself off as intellegent. As the old saying goes, he must have been hiding when God passed out brains.

I am sure all Valleyview residents know their zip code is Columbus that is Fanklin County. 3822 Riverside Drive, that Hellwege said he sold, would also be Columbus and Franklin County. It is not far enough north to be Delaware. 1160 St. Cecelia,Columbus, Ohio 43204 would also be Columbus, Ohio and Franklin County if it existed.

Heaven forbid that Parrish would check the facts given by the auditor and comdemn mail fraud, theft and drugs. He might get his friends in trouble.

The only problem with that is they saw what Parrish and council did to me. Watkins said I stole $79,000 and split it with my friends. Said I was a drug addict. That is your council. They refused to even consider the evidence given by contractors, state officials and Village records.

Parrish said he started a petition against paying Sue Hubers $2,000 lawyer fees. Why didn't he do anything about the fraud by Pomeroy and Russolillo? You cannot afford to be a ''friend'' of these people.

Unlike myself, these people interupt the facts and the law to suit themselves.

No Proofing Reading?

Name calling always seems to work.

I cannot give excuses for Mr. Hellwege. Could have been a topo, there is a 3832 Riverside that was purchased in March 2001. I think that is about the time of the flyer that Mr. Hellwege sent out. I could be wrong on when that was mailed though.

I also found 1160 St Cecilia in Columbus. Here is the parcel id number (010-124712-00) if you would like to look it up yourself Ms. White. It would seem to exist. It was sold in April of 2001 about the same time as the property above. I am just looking at the facts that you provided Ms. White.

The first property could be a typo. If so it is poor editing on Mr. Hellwege's part especially when we have someone such as yourself checking up on him.

I do not and never do condone wrong doing. I believe everyone should be treated fairly. I believe the evidence speaks for itself. I just want all the facts not what someone selectively wants to give me.

As to the alledged ''fraud'' that you say has happened I have not seen anything to date that would prove to me that fraud has taken place with respect to Mr. Russolillo or Pomeroy and Associates. State Agencies have looked at your ''facts'' and come to different conclusions than you have.

I am still vigilant of my Village government and I have rised my voice when I feel that something is not right. Changes have been made or more information provided to explain the Council's actions.

The Village government is working better than it has in a while, but it is still not perfect.

Is that what I said Ms. White? What I wrote was: ''Residents need to attend meetings to be informed about what is going on. I did not say to file a grievence, I stated that there are options available to the residents. You always wrote a letter asking someone else to do something. Only once did you take action when you filed charges against Raylene.

Any resident has the right to present to the Village government a petition seeking to place before the voters of the Village any issue. I felt that using the Villages money to pay the personal debt of Councilwoman Huber was not a justifed public use of the money of the Village. I prepared a petition to put the Resolution that was passed by the Village Council on the ballot so that residents would have the chance to voice thier opinion. How did the residents speak? 92% said NO.

At any time Ms. White you could have placed something on the ballot if you follow the correct procedures.

Be clear in what you say and DO NOT twist around what I wrote. Just writing about things or complaining about them never really changes them. There are always legal means to have the grievences against the people addressed.
