No more restrictions

The HOA may not be able to come after you for what you are stating you would want to do but Liberty Township will definitely come after you. Liberty Township is there to enforce the zoning violations (sheds, pools and fences). The HOA does not have to worry so much about those things since the township does their job well. Even if the HOA cannot afford to go after you, the township will.

You are missing my point, I don't have anything against brown roofs, I was merely pointing out that there were a lot of violations in this neighborhood and someone was singling out a gazebo. From what I've seen as long as a house keeps up their property, I don't think it is a big issue if someone plants a small tree, has a brown roof or a blue front door.

Do you think the trustees hired her so she could make sure that the trustees were on their good behavior? Far from it. She was hired to make sure the meeting was run correctly, she had no power to keep someone from leaving the meeting,nor did anyone else.She was an expert in ''Roberts Rules'' and it was a good thing she was there, because some people wanted to steal the election, by claiming the votes were all in, while Annette was still folding her proxy votes.You can't deny that.

I agree with Semper. Why did this person single out the Gazebo. The home is question has one of the best kept yards in the subdivision. Does the person who spoke out against the Gazebo have an axe to grind with the homeowner? I happen to believe they do. Shame on them.
