You dont get it!!! You cant change the deed restriction unless you get 2/3 of the homeroweners to agree. And that will never happen. You only get about dozen to two dozen homes to show up for the hoa meetings. That just shows people are happy way things are going. So get over it and just live with it, or move.

Don't bet on it. If enough people sign a petition, (2/3) it can be changed and at some point, the people will be demanding it.
