Just curious

HA!

You're pretty narrow minded if you think the only reason someone CAN'T take care of their yard is because they are lazy! Maybe for them it's a choice of gas to get to work to make money to feed their kids or killing a few weeds. Even you would probably pick your kids over dandelion maintenance.

The people that WON'T take care of their yards are lazy. The people that CAN'T may have a very legitimate reason, whether you like it or not.

Besides, 99% of the lawns in this neighborhood looked great last summer. Give people a chance! It's only been warm a couple weeks. Geez.

Don't buy a house in Powell if
you can't afford to maintain the
yard.

Financial rationale

At the house on Waynebrown. If there are 7 cars outside you have to assume 7 drivers live there. From what I have seen come and go, most are adults. Now if it cost %80,00 a year ( that is what it cost me to do 4 applications.) $40.00 for a spreader ( one time expense ). and maybe at most $30.00 for grubex.

For those who may need a spreadsheet:

80+40+30=$150.00 Divided by 7= roughly $20 dollars per person per year.

Now If you divide that by months it is, a bit over $1.50 a month. probably about a cigarette a day.

Just what would there excuse be?

Probably too busy playing with the dogs caged in the garage.

Assumption

Why do you have to assume 7 drivers. Lots of families have more cars than they do drivers.

There's a family in this subdivision that has a bunch of motorcycles in their garage. I doubt the ratio of drivers in the house to motorcycles in the garage is 1:1.
