Many people, or a few, or one, have said that if we were to just ask our neighbors to please keep their yard up to the standards of 90% of the homeowners in BBF , what do you think they would say?

a) Get out of my face

b) I don't care about this subdivision
I just like to come home and chill

c) I am so sorry but I don't have the money.

d) OK I agree and I will pay more attention to it.

There are those who believe that if we just went up to our neighbors and asked they would be so happy to comply.

Then there are those who believe that they just don't care and do it for spite.

I actually called a neighbor and asked them about a situation and asked that they fix it. That was in November!

For those of you who think that we can do it on our own, think again.
