Word is that the HOA might have to raise the dues, because of deadbeats that haven't paid. Is this true ?

All the more reason we should, and have the right to know who has not paid. It would probably suprise us all the ones that don't.

I think a motion should come to the board to vote on making known the residents who don't pay.

Even if they are in financial trouble, is there any company, bank etc.. that just forgives debt? I am tired of paying for others problems. I work hard everyday to give my family a good life. Sometimes these dues are tough to pay, but I know they will benefit me in the long run.

I agree 100 % ! For the record , sooner or later these people will have to face the consequences. Either pay or get a bad credit rating.
