Is this a fact?

Do you know what you are talking about? Tell me how you know a lawyer was consulted? This fact may change the way this is managed. I am new here and don't know all these details. If you know what you are talking about please inform me so I know.

So what if the HOA did get 2/3 vote as another poster has suggested. I did read my deed restrictions and they do say as posted elsewhere that the HOA can do whatever they need to to insure compliance. What is your interpetation of that in yours?

Great idea, but...

This is a great idea, but stating it on here as an anonymous poster will accomplish nothing. Who do you suppose is going to do this? Are you, whoever you are, going to present this to the Trustee's? Otherwise, this is just another meaningless post on a site filled with no-name contributor's....
Sure

If you expect the Trustee's to handle this then you are mistaken. It's interesting how everyone think's the Trustee's should do everything (don't get me wrong, I'm not a big Trustee fan). There needs to be more involvement by our own residents. If no one cares to get involved (ie. volunteer for a committee to enforce these ''fines''), then obviously, this really isn't an issue that a majority of us care about.
Blah, Blah, Blah

You are wasting your time...if anyone really cared, they would post their real name here and get the ball rolling. I suspect that most of the posts here are just for fun and to stir the pot. Most of us could really care less...
