Answer these questions to the best of your ability:
1. What is a deed restriction?
( I believe it is something that says what you can and cannot do with your property, and you agree to when you purchase your property ) true or false.
2. Can a resident or the HOA inforce the deed restrictions in your contract?
( If you read the HOA website posted previously, you will see that actually a resident can sue his neighbor for not abiding by the deed restrictions, and also get back his cost for lawyer fees if he is right )
WOW this would be cool.
3. Why do such a few in BBF control the lack of enforcement of deed restrictions?
( I think it relates to the same reason we have to take our shoes off at the airport.) Think about it?
4. When you buy something do you read the contract, and all the conditions that relate to your purchase?
( I did, and It pretty much said what I could and could not do when I bought this home. Mailbox, trees, landscaping, deck etc...etc... )
People: It is pretty simple. Just comply. Get your changes approved. Maintain your property. Abide by what your neighbors abide by. Hey, We will all be happy.
