I played golf the other day at Shamrock. On the 15th green I could not believe what I saw. The fence along the property there is falling apart. It looks really bad behind both houses that are in Big Bear Farms. What can we do about this? Both of these properties look really bad and give a very bad impression of our subdivision. Who is responsible for this fence and how can we get some action to fix it up?
