There are several versions of the deed restrictions depending on where you live in the neighborhood. Some of them are very different.

You are dead wrong ! when you moved here you agreed to abide by all the restrictions that were agreed to by M/I and planned communities. Somewhere in all the paper work you signed, there was an agreement.
