Bold statement

Like I said, do some research. It doesn't take a private eye ,to find out what happened. This is no place to mention names. If you don't want to make the effort, then you really don't care.

The Facts

Tell me if this is not true:

When the percentage of homes were sold where it called for the formation of a HOA it was done?

People had the opportunity to run for the three positions as Trustees?

A fair election was held?

The trustees began the transition that was not the easiest thing to do. If you want to complain why did you not run?

Since there have been a great many things done to enhance BBF:

A better company to do maintenance. Fountains in the ponds. Trees replaced that were dead. Fence replaced and maintained. Managed the budget. Worked to get a better management company.

What are your facts? I have lived here for 8 years. I can't imagine who you think tried, and or did, ruin BBf.

Maybe you should take some responsibility, since you did not stop what you think was distructive at the time?

First of all ,get your facts straight. Where did I say the subdivision was ruined ? those are your words. Second, my point was the first Trustees jumped in to take control and didn't pressure Planned communities to make more improvements. There was no rush or deadline for us to take control. Now all improvements that have been made, we are paying for them and none of these were done by the first Trustees. It's is quite obvious you don't know the history here and if you're not willing to find out , then I'm not going to give it to you. If you have been here 8 years and don't know what has gone on , then you haven't been paying attention.
PS. Ask around to find out what improvements were done by the first Trustees ? How long were they in office?

You are correct ! If I recall, the first Trustees all resigned. The second Trustees were the ones that made all the improvements and now we have some Trustees that are doing a pretty good job, as well. No complaints here. Most people in this neighborhood don't have a clue, including the 8 year resident.
