Bill of RIghts?

You are representing this ''Code of Regulations'' to our community as our ''Bill of Rights'' or our ''Constitution'' Aren't these LEGAL documents, that we the people of the United States of America VOTED on, and evertime admended offered the chance to VOTE on them.
The Consitution or Bill of Rights, was not just found out of mid-air, mysteriously, as this document was. How dare you even compare documents that protect our rights, to one which only tries to take them away.
Members of this community will not be happy to find you trying to enforce ''new'' regulations or these ''by-laws''
I have not always supported what the HOA was about, but now wanted to be involved so that the past neglect was stopped. Apparently, only the Board is now allowed to have an opinion, without being threatened with legal action.
Somehow trying to reference fact is not acceptable in this community.
Ohio HOA law is governed by State of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5311, which represents itself as Condominum law, but IS the law that governs over our Declaration of Covenants, or Deed Rescritions. The HOA is incorporated as a non-profit organization, but the Ohio HOA laws, still do apply.

Can you please provide fellow limestone members ANY documents that states limestone pointe follows Chapter 5311 condo rules and regulations? All I find are documents mentioning Chapter 1702 revise code of ohio when we were incorporated. I'll step outside again, but i'm pretty sure i don't live in a condominium.

I think the HOA documented enough that we were incorporated under Chapter 1702. Please prove to us members with ANY documents that we are governed by chapter 5311 of condominium law? Do you have ANY documents on record that show we are a condo, and thus mentions 5311?

chapter 5311 of the ohio revised code:

''5311.02. Applicability to condominium property only.''

''Chapter 5311. of the Revised Code applies only to property that is specifically submitted to its provisions by the execution and filing for record of a declaration by the owner, as provided in this chapter. In every instance, any property so submitted shall be either a fee simple estate or a ninety-nine year leasehold, renewable forever. Neither the submission of property to the provisions of this chapter, nor the conveyance or transfer of a condominium ownership interest constitutes a subdivision within the meaning of, or is subject to, Chapter 711. of the Revised Code.''
