The homeowners who pay the $250 fees should know exactly where their money is going. I think there should be a balance sheet distributed to all the households, showing exactly where all this money is going. It doesn't seem like it takes $250 per household every year just to maintain the pool and grass. Is someone profiting from our ignorance?
