Has anyone heard any rumors about MayFair and that they've been bought by someone?

Has anyone heard about what the future of the shopping center will be?

It's such a wonderful part of living in Suggs Park Neighborhood that I, for one, would hate to see it change from what it is now!

Would like to hear what anyone else has heard about this, too.

Saw the Price Edwards & Co. web site that the Mayfair Village has been listed as SOLD. It stated it was a ''CONFIDENTIAL OFFERING''. So....no other information was provided.
