Poop Bags

Poop Bags shouldn't need to be supplied, it should be second nature for dog owners to grab a walmart bag when they leave the house because they should pick up the poop no matter where it's dropped. From my travels all over the U.S. most dog owners always know to clean up after their pets. I'll call someone out on it anytime. Poop Bags or not, these people should be grabbing their poop and disposing of it properly. It's a responsibility that comes along with being civilized.
