Running Loose

Must be a dog running loose on 48th street because its visiting my front yard regularly! Never seen a loose dog though so makes me think it's loose at night.

Dogs not on leash!

I've seen a lady walking in the morning and in the evening who walks a couple of big dogs. She doesn't always have them on a leash. Today the dog she was walking stopped for a potty break at the school yard. She did not retrieve what he left. It's a problem we can't seem to get a handle on, isn't it?
