I heard back from Councilman Bowman's office today....twice! Jean Morton replied back for him. She stated the following:
''They will put some more asphalt on the street until permanent repairs can be made in several months by a contractor who will probably cut out a section of the pavement and repour concrete.''

Our thanks go to Sam for acknowledging our problem and finding out what is to be done......and our thanks go to Jean for keeping us ''in the know'' of what's to be done.

I noticed that the crater has had some blacktop put in it today which is good. Maybe with us all calling them they will continue to keep it filled until they can fix it right.

Road Fixed - July 2006

Thought everyone who was reading this discussion might want to know that the road problem at NW 50th and Villa has been fixed by the City contractor crew.
