Does anyone know a good and reasoable exterminator for termites?

Termites are rascals!

Unfortunately, most of NW OKC is on top of mounds of termites. I used a one man owner exterminating company years ago and still had ongoing problems. I finally called Terminex last year and had their in-ground bait trap system installed that virtually guarantees that you'll be termite free in two years. Costs for both systems were comparable and there is an annual fee to maintain for retreatment at no charge. The Terminex system is by far much better than having the carpets pulled up in the house and having holes drilled through the concrete both indoors and out. I feel unwanted!

Gee Nicole, why don't you like me staying at your house? I suppose you're going to call the Terminex man to come and try to make me leave. Please don't because his system really works. Why do you think I had to move into your house? I was driven from my last home by that nasty Terminex man.
