Joan is the HOA president. She got rid of Real Manage, who were managing our HOA. She said it would save us about 6,000 dollars a year. Its been about a year since she took over. If we wait 2 more years, we should have enough for a small pool with fence, no parking lot though. Get with her to find out what we could do to demand a pool.
