As I was coming home from the grocery store today I was following behind one of our well known nosy neighbors surveying everyone's yard. Hello people, this is a neighborhood not a senior association where you can complain about everyone that lives there. Some of us have to work for a living and are not retired and have enough time to drive around all day to look and make complaints about those who live here. If we wanted to live in an association where we had to follow rules and pay fees, we would! Find something better to do with your time.
