"TALK ABOUT IT" CLOSED TEMPORARILY - PLEASE READ THIS

Explanation
The “Talk About It” discussion section of our Web site has been removed temporarily for the following reason. There are a couple of people acting independently to intentionally and maliciously bring chaos to our community. They are undermining the Board of Directors and the management company for personal reasons. It is unfortunate that they can proceed with their actions, as both the Board and management have been working very hard to maintain and preserve our property, and to ensure the future of Orchard House. As you all know from the newsletter, we are in the middle of some very important structural issues with the buildings. Also as stated in the newsletter, we will be providing further information about those problems as it is revealed to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and sincerely hope that before you issue a proxy to anyone for anything, you understand what may happen as a result. Do not give up your voting rights to anyone without understanding the issues and what that person stands for; rather, please become informed by either calling our management company or coming to the Board meetings. We will be happy to answer any and all of your questions to the best of our ability. The Board, more than anyone , understands the frustration of not receiving answers in a timely manner, as we have been waiting a long time to discern the status of our buildings and what the cost of those necessary repairs will be.
Any information or correspondence you may receive from either C.O.O.H. or C.C.O.H.(ccorchardhouse) is coming from these two individuals. It is in no way affiliated with the Orchard House Board of Directors or the management company.
