We are considering putting up a fence in our back yard. We are just in the thinking stage and have spent time walking around the neighborhood looking at fences to get ideas. After reviewing the city's fence ordinance we are confused. We have noticed a fence at 705 Walser Road that was recently put up and from our thinking it is not in compliance. It was attached very close to the front of the home and we thought it could not come out past the back of the home.Can anyone from the council clear this up? Shouldn't it be corrected?
