Out of curiosity, could any representatives of the Richmond Neighborhoood Assoc. take a look at the proposed resolution from the Portland Bill of Rights Defense Committee at http://portland-or.bordc.org/ and offer the following feedback: Is this the sort of thing that Portland's neighborhood associations should be approached seeking endorsements? Or do you think that neighborhood associations will (or even should) stay away from such matters?
