Does anyone know anything about the signs posted near 49th & Franklin stating ''Caution Rapist in the Area''? I have checked online, with the Police Dept., and viewed the registered sex offender listings and I can not find anything. I'm just curious to find the reason(s) for the signs. I must say it was quite alarming to see the postings last night on my way home. If anyone has any information please post it. Thank You
