It's that time again, summer time that is. And with that comes the droves of mindless teen agers who have nothing better to do than to liter our streets, cause issues and basically turn a somewhat quiet neighborhood into a living hell. Now I likely haven't been dealing with this as long as others in the area but when I moved there is was relatively quiet until the past few years.
Combine that wiht the amount of homes that are being rented out by slumlords and you get a rapid change to the area, a change that is not only causing morale to drop but also our property values at that. I can't speak for everyone but I refuse to try a blind eye to this and I've been increasingly more and more vocal about this, to the people causing the issues adn to the police who don't seem to really be doing much unless you poke at them.
I have children and the last thing I need / want is for them to see and think that this is an acceptable livestyle cause the harsh reality is that it's a dead end if they want to act like so many other children in our area act like.
Anyone else fed up?
