The Pawtucket Arts Collaborative is now accepting applications from those interested in being considered to serve on the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is actively seeking interested applicants with a background in one of the following areas: finance/accounting; website and database management; and public relations/marketing.  Please do not hesitate to submit an application even if you background is in other areas. the application form can be downloaded at www.pawtucketartscollaborative.org. The Pawtucket Arts Collaborative is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) corporation.  As a result, Directors are expected to be actively engaged in the governance of the organization and its programming.  All of the Collaborative's work is performed by committees that are chaired by at least one Director.  Committees frequently receive additional help from member volunteers.

The Board meets at 5:30 PM on the third Tuesday of every month in Pawtucket. Board meetings typically conclude by 7 PM. Committees establish their own meeting schedule based upon active projects. Directors are expected to demonstrate personal initiative and the willingness to contribute to projects in furtherance of the Collaborative's mission. Directors are also required to be members.
