We can't even say everyone is a Violet Township resident in the school district.
What you can say is everyone pays taxes to the school district through their property taxes. People in Columbus, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Baltimore and Canal Winchester pay taxes to the PLSD if they are in the school district. Even apartment complexes pay property taxes to the school district & it's reflected as a piece of the rent charged to their tennants.
