Pickerington Area Taxpayers Alliance

Topic of the week

I made the mistake

I did it and I apologize for the issue this has raised. I am trying to learn how to administer this site and it did not come with a handbook. The only method to learn it is by trial and error. The hosts of the website tell me there is no way to set up discussion areas by category nor is there a way to archive the discussions by year. They did make a suggestion that I was willing to try. I copied another posting and posted it and then tried to convert it to a PDF file and move it to the Our PDF side. The attempt failed so I deleted the posting to try something different. The second posting I used to test was one I tried posting myself a while back. I was trying to see if I could post from the admin side versus the user interface. Unfortunately I did not save a copy or I?’d repost it. Since someone claims to have printed it, even though I can?’t imagine why, I would hesitate to ask them to repost it as there is not assurance it will be what I originally wrote and I don?’t want to go down that finger pointing avenue.

Readers, I am no computer whiz. The technology behind this site is extremely limited and most of you have much more power at your desktop than is offered by our host. I have more technology available at mine. We continue to strive to make this site more user-friendly and less cumbersome than it is now. With that there is bound to be hiccups along the way.

I am sorry if I offended anyone. Next time I try to make an improvement to the site, I?’ll set my alarm for 3 in the morning when there are less people printing off discussions.

No offense taken

The reason I printed the posting was because for the first time since I began reading posts on this site, Fox, Sabatino and Parker were not getting slammed, and it actually hinted that the former administration may have been right about something.
You ain't seen nothing yet!

with any luck we'll have a great topic of the week next week for coyote and roadrunner. it will prove that those three you mentioned may have known more about Shaver City than they let on.
Where is Lancaster?

Wow what a couple of weeks out of town will do to confuse and distort your daily habits when you return.

I came back to Ohio and Lancaster had vanished. I drove from the Ohio River to Pickerington and never saw a sign of the county?’s largest City. Gone vanished no one knows where.

Then I log on last night to see what has been happening to the PATA web site and to catch up on the local news. I find we have a new duo operating the PATA web site and they call themselves Roadrunner and Coyote. I did go to the WEB to see who these two are and ironically I find that Coyote is some kind of union for Prostitutes. So is this Coyote and Roadrunner actually Coyote and the Street walkers? It seems strange to me. I hope some of the local house wives have not been naughty in their free time.

Then there seems to be some kind of war going on down at the Pickerington City Hall. I am told the Mayor is not happy with the new President and Vice President of council. I am told the Mayor is freaking out. I guess I should say that is an understatement according to my sources.

I understand things are so bad that the Manager has invited Barney to the February 7th council meeting to sing and hug. That is if he can get his fat butt into the door. It may be held in the parking lot as option two.

Then there are the rumors. It seems some feel one group of crooks at city hall has been replaced by another group of crooks. However those repeating those historical mistakes are falling back into the power ego problems that come along with being elected and barking out orders to civil service employees.

Oh Well, maybe I could fall and break a leg tomorrow and recuperate on some sun filled beach down south of here. Please post the names of any doctors that are willing to work for cash and that have some knowledge with bone fractures.
