Is the scandal almost ready? I am gitten hongry!

No smoke, no fire

It's quiet because the bashers have all run out of steam. There is no scandal. Never was one to begin with. All you had here was a bunch of people with nothing better to do than flap their gums and raise a ruckus.

Back in my day, these folks would spend their time stirring the pot with letters to the newspapers. Some letters would get printed and some wouldn't. Isn't obvious that there is no scandal because we have not seen anything in any of the papers?
