The swollen egos of the elected officials at 100 Lockville Road creates an unusually large tropical depression within a quarter mile radius around the building itself. It can be a bright, sunny day in most of the city but the closer one gets to City Hall, the bleaker the weather becomes complete with rain and generally over cast conditions. This would account for the poor attitudes of the city employees and their deplorable working conditions.
I understand that the conditions cleared up for a few days about two weeks ago during a certain member of the local government was missing in action.
