Dumber than a rock
I was reading this story about the kid that called the bomb scare in to North the other day. What is happening to our educational system anymore?
A long time ago when I was a freshman in High School we had a kid calling in Bomb scares all year long. He didn't get caught until I was a Sophomore. He started by calling from home when he was sick. The principal got wise and started giving everyone that was out sick the day of bomb scare the third degree about the call. Despite the pressure the kid didn't crack but continued to change his M.O. Sometimes he would wait months then sometimes only days. When the school officials were least expecting a call he would call.
However the boy went out with a bang. One autumn morning he called in his bomb scare and then drove to school by then the school had been evacuated and he just melted into the crowd outside. By the time the principal was checking who was absent that day the caller was in class. Of course the principal was still suspicious and called him into the office anyway. He had a clear cut alibi and said he was at school the whole time and in fact he attended at least two classes before being dragged down to the office.
No sooner had lunch bell rang another bomb scare came in. Well this time the boy's luck ran out because a teacher had walked behind him while he was on the pay phone outside the cafeteria making the call and the teacher heard it all. By the time they walked him to the office the fire trucks were already pulling up to the school. Even though they had the caller they still did a search of the school before letting everyone return to class and our vacations were over. I think this guy got away with at least 12 different bomb scares before getting caught.
Now this moron of a kid at North gets caught on his first try. What is happening to our kids? Is it the drugs? Is it the teaching methods or are our kids just dumb asses now? No wonder our prisons are so full.
